Tuneboom
Plans & Billing

Plans

What each Tuneboom plan includes, from catalog limits to player features and delivery branding, and how the feature matrix reads.

Tuneboom has three plans. Billing runs through your Shopify subscription: there is no separate payment method, and Tuneboom never takes a cut of your sales.

Your current plan is highlighted in the feature matrix, with Upgrade and Downgrade buttons per column.

Reading the matrix

Each cell is one of three things:

  • A check: included, with no practical limit.
  • A number: included, up to that limit (for example, tracks on your plan).
  • A dash: not included on that plan.

The rows group into three areas:

Catalog

FeatureWhat it controls
Tracks / Albums / Sound kitsHow many of each you can have in your catalog. Hitting a limit blocks creating more. Nothing existing is ever removed.
Track stemsUploading stem bundles alongside the main audio. Available on every plan.
Bulk track uploadUploading many tracks in one action.
Max file size per trackThe largest audio file you can upload: 100 MB on Free and Basic, 500 MB on Pro.

Players & sharing

FeatureWhat it controls
Audio previewsStreamable previews on your storefront. Every plan.
Automatic voice tagging Pro planAdds your voice tag over every preview automatically. See Voice tag.
Embedded audio playerThe Tuneboom player on your storefront. Paid plans.
Sell playlistsSelling Tracklists. See Tracklists.

"Sell playlists" = Tracklists

The matrix row named Sell playlists controls the feature the rest of the app calls Tracklists. Same feature, one switch.

Sales & delivery

FeatureWhat it controls
LicensesHow many licenses you can attach per product. See How licensing works.
Automatic order fulfillmentPaid orders deliver themselves. Every plan. See How delivery works.
Branded fulfillment Pro planYour logo, colors, and copy on the delivery email. See Branded emails.

What happens at a limit

Limits apply at the moment of creation. When you try to add a track or album past your plan's cap, the app shows an upgrade dialog naming your plan and its limit instead of creating the item. See Upgrade, downgrade & cancel. Your usage against each limit is always visible under SettingsPlan.

Settings sections that require a higher plan (Fulfillment emails, Voice tag) don't disappear silently on lower plans. They show an info banner with an Upgrade plan button in their place.
