Do I need my own Shopify store?
Yes. Tuneboom is a Shopify app that installs into your existing store. If you don't have one yet, you can set one up in minutes and add Tuneboom right after.
How does digital delivery work?
When an order is paid, Tuneboom automatically fulfills it and sends your customer a secure, branded email with their download. No manual file-sending, ever.
Can I sell the same track under different licenses?
Absolutely. Attach multiple licenses to a single product, for example an MP3 lease, a WAV lease, and a stems bundle, each with its own files, pricing, and contract terms like stream counts, copies, and broadcast rights.
What file types and sizes are supported?
Upload MP3, WAV, and stem bundles. The maximum size per track depends on your plan: up to 100 MB on Free and Basic, and 500 MB on Pro.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Tuneboom is a flat monthly subscription. Every dollar your customers pay goes to you through Shopify's own checkout.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and lets you sell up to 5 tracks with automatic delivery. Perfect for testing the waters.
