Promo codes
Redeem a Tuneboom promo code from the Settings page.
If Tuneboom has issued you a promo code (from a partnership, a promotion, or support), you redeem it inside the app. Codes apply to your Tuneboom subscription, not to your customers' purchases. Customer-facing discounts are ordinary Shopify discount codes and have nothing to do with this page.
Redeeming a code
Go to Settings→Plan. Below your plan and usage meters is the Redeem code field.
Enter the code exactly as you received it. The format looks like XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX.
Press Apply. A confirmation toast, "Code has been redeemed successfully", means the code took effect. An invalid, expired, or already-used code shows the specific error instead.
After redeeming
What the code grants (a free period, a plan unlock, a discount) depends on the code itself. The confirmation from whoever issued it is the best description of what you get. Your plan status under Settings→Plan reflects any plan change immediately.
If a code that should work keeps failing, contact support with the exact code and the error message shown in the toast.
