Media library

The central home for every file you upload, with waveforms, inline preview, search and sort, and how files attach to releases.

Every file you upload to Tuneboom (masters, stems, archives, artwork, voice tags) lands in the Media library. Upload once, attach anywhere: the file pickers in the track, album and sound kit editors all draw from the same library.

Audio rows carry waveforms and inline playback; artwork shows as a grid.

Where to find it

  • Media library in the app sidebar opens the full page, with an Upload button in the header.
  • From the dashboard, the Media library button opens the same library as a slide-over sheet, and Upload new media jumps straight to uploading.

Browsing

  • Tabs: All, Audio, Archives, Artwork. All groups the three types into labeled sections; audio and archives show as rows, artwork as a thumbnail grid.
  • Search filters by file name.
  • Sort: newest or oldest first, by name, or by file size.

Audio rows show a waveform, duration and file size. Click a row to preview it inline. Playback has a seekable progress bar, and full-length files scrub across the whole track.

Uploading

Click Upload and drop in your files. The library refreshes itself every few seconds while it's open, so uploads move from processing to ready without a manual reload. Waveforms appear as soon as they're built. Per-file size limits scale with your plan (see Plans); Tuneboom rejects any file over your plan's limit.

Deleting

Remove a file with the on its row. If a release still uses the file, Tuneboom refuses the delete and tells you which release. Detach it there first (for example, remove it from the track's Audio files section), then delete. This protection means you can clean up the library without ever breaking a published product's delivery.
